CONSENT AGENDA

The administration recommends that the Board of Directors approve the Consent Agenda as follows:

1. Approve the Donations

2. Approve the Second Reading, Revised Board Policy 2230, Transitional Kindergarten Program

3. Approve the Second Reading, Revised Policy 6220, Bid or Request for Proposal 

4. Approve the Second Reading, Revised Policy 6700 Nutrition, Policy 6701 Recess and Physical Activity, and Policy 6702 Wellness

5. Approve the Student Field Trips as listed below:

  a. Holiday Tournament - Boys Basketball, December 26-29, 2024, Palm Springs, CA
b. Washington State University (WSU) Band Day - Seniors in Band, September 6-8, 2024, Pullman and Clarkston, WA 

6. Approve the Interagency Agreement with Everett Community College for the College in High School program

7. Approve the Professional Services Agreement with Emerald Learning Center

8. Approve the Personnel Report for September 3, 2024

PUBLIC COMMENT

Citizens wishing to address the Board are asked to submit online requests using the PUBLIC COMMENT link or email [email protected] two hours prior to the board meeting start time. For those attending the meeting in person, request forms are available in the boardroom for submission prior to the meeting start time. Citizens who wish to provide documents to board members will hand them to the Recording Secretary for distribution after the meeting. The Board President will call upon individuals who have requested to speak during the Public Comment section of the agenda. Individuals will state their name for the record and will be allowed three minutes to speak.
